I had a pleasant stay at Hacienda La Alegria. The rooms, although a bit on the small side, were very comfortable and totally quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere despite the busy road outside. The service was excellent, providing elegant, personal, and prompt assistance without being intrusive. The location in Quito old town was great for exploring the World Heritage site, with key attractions within walking distance. The dining experience was delightful in a gorgeous dining room with high-quality food. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, and I loved that our room was located next to an interior covered patio, giving it a private feel. While the bathrooms were on the smaller side, they were well-equipped with high-quality fixtures. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, just two blocks from the main plaza and close to many great dining options. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious and generous meals. Overall, a great value for money!
